Kiasu Kiasi 的新加坡人

I dun know whether you been working with singaporean or not??? working with a singapore company many things that you really beh tahan them....

He always said " except i'm the only one Singaporean , all my staff is malaysian, we must localise to malaysia market" But ... everything must go thru your decision, all our opinions you never listen, even 100 of Malaysian also no used, everytime you want us to listen and follow what a Sinagporean thinking. Hey , if you already know doing business in malaysia must be localise, you must listen your staff opinion ..at least k??? Singaporean thinking and way of doing not really work in Malaysia k!!

He always ask you to do this follow A method... then told you that why you do A, you must do B... When you do B, he said why you do B , you should do C... walao er... how are we going to satisfy your work without a clear direction??? Always like to change the direction of doing things and at the end when things happen wrong... he blame you that you are the one never listen to him.. what the hell man!!!

He always like to said" i dun care about the margin, as long as i have my customer base and bring more clowd to the shop " but when you put at lower margin, he come back to ask you, why you put so low margin, we can not justify if sell at so low margin...we need to pay salary, electricity, water bill bla bla bla.... hei... you are the one keep asking us dun care about margin 1st then when we do this, you told another things pula.... sigh....

He always think that his company is very big in Malaysia, (no doubt, in Singapore you are the Taiko but here is malaysia not singapore k? ) always want to get very special price compare normal dealer... did you ever think that you sales/ buy in from vendor??? you just a "kicit miao" in malaysia, ppl's one month buy in can equal to your 6 months buy in la....

From day one until now, you been doing same thing but one day he suddently say, we can not accept this things.... marketing fund and commitment is two different way, principal should treat it as marketing fund. hey... you always say you do thing must be justify this must be justify that... but did you ever think why ppl need to pay you money without commitment?? Principal also need to justify right????

And.... everything must be charge charge and charge.... vendor/ principal heard also scare and run away from you la.... always say talk tp principal, they got many marketing fund can sponsor one..... ya i know, but can your sales to be justify by vendor & principal in order for them to sponsor you???? Dun always just think you are very very big.... wake up k??? this is Malaysia not Singapore.

One more thing... if they ask you to do any thing... is better you documented the things he say and ask...in what ever format ( email, paper whatever ) as long as you have the proof when they "wat" you later. One case, before go ahead do something, himself approved already but verbally only... then after 2 months he come back and ask you, why you do this??? he never approved it,.... what a strong storm hitting on floor.... when you say he is the one approved it, you have ask his approved before do the things, he denny it and keep say you are wrong.... " wat " you " eat die cat" .... this is what a Singaporean way of doing things??? i really confuse....
